Hitachi dealers are now supported by the John Deere parts system. Logistically, dealers are served from the Parts Distribution Center.Thousands of parts and components in John Deere's parts network are classified as "critical parts." Critical parts are wear parts like bucket teeth, maintenance items such as fluids and filters, and machine-down parts and components that can be installed in two hours or less. Each dealer's goal is to have 100 percent of critical parts in stock at all time.
